Cut from English walnut and shaped into the outline of Lake Tahoe.
The natural cracks running through this piece weren't sanded out or patched over. They're filled with food-grade epoxy in aquamarine, which stabilizes the board and picks up the color of the lake at the same time. English walnut has the rich hue and grain to carry that contrast.
Finished as a serving board, with a hanger on the back so it works as wall art between gatherings.
Made by hand in our Incline Village shop.
