What we can help with
- A custom or engraved piece. Names, dates, cabin names, or your own artwork. Start on the custom boards page — it lists what to include so we can quote it in one pass instead of three emails.
- A sign for your business. See custom signs — there’s a project form there that asks the right questions up front.
- An order you’ve already placed. Send the order number and we’ll pull it up.
- Buying in person. See where to find us. Stock rotates between shops, so email first if you’re making a trip for something specific.
- Wholesale. For gift shops, lodging properties, and realtors. Magnets and coasters are the usual first order; boards suit shops with a home or kitchen section.
- Caring for a piece you already own. The board care page covers the routine, and we’re glad to answer anything it doesn’t.
What to include
The more specific you are, the faster we can give you a real number instead of a range.
- What the piece is for, and the date you need it in hand
- Exact wording for anything engraved, spelled the way it should read
- A wood or a size if you have a preference — or ask us to recommend one
- Artwork attached, if it’s a logo or a custom magnet

How fast do you respond?
Within one to two business days. If you have a hard deadline, say so in the first message and we’ll tell you straight away whether we can hit it.
Can I visit the shop?
No. We’re a working shop in Incline Village, not a retail storefront, and we don’t have walk-in hours. Our work is carried at Tahoe Gifting Company in Incline Village, Mountain Home in Truckee, The Potlatch, and Cabin Fever.
Do you take rush orders?
Sometimes, depending on what’s on the bench. Custom and engraved work normally takes one to two weeks in the shop, then 5–7 days standard shipping or 2–3 days express. Ask before you order rather than after.
Where are you located?
Our shop is in Incline Village, Nevada, on the north shore of Lake Tahoe. Most of what we sell is made here by hand — boards, wall art, coasters, magnets, keychains and our own wood wax. A few things, apparel among them, are designed here and produced by partners we pick.
Do you do corporate or bulk orders?
Yes. Magnets are the easiest at volume because we print them in-house. Boards work for smaller runs — client gifts, closing gifts, retreat gifts. Tell us the quantity and the date.
