Figured maple and poured resin

Curly maple has a figure in the grain that shifts as you move around it — the same board looks different from two steps left. We pair it with poured epoxy resin, then cut, sand, and oil every board by hand in our Incline Village shop.

The figure is different in every plank, so no two boards match.
